State Asset with 200 Units of Equipment and 4 Vessels for Sale in Odesa Region
On September 1, the State Property Fund of Ukraine will hold an auction for the privatization of the property complex of the State Enterprise "Black Sea State Regional Geological Enterprise." The asset includes over 200 units of equipment, 30 vehicles, and 4 vessels, with a starting price of 34.3 million UAH. The property is located in Odesa, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, and the village of Burlachya Balka. The complex consists of drilling rigs, passenger cars, research vessels, and other equipment. As of June 30, 2026, the enterprise's creditor debt amounted to 23.43 million UAH, including wage arrears and debts to the budget. The property has registered encumbrances, including liens on real estate and movable property. Privatization requires the buyer to settle the debts and comply with labor legislation. An inspection of the property is possible by prior arrangement. Privatization continues despite military challenges, with revenues of nearly 21 billion UAH from 2022 to 2025.
