The 'Gulliver' shopping center in Pavlograd has temporarily ceased operations following a strike on September 10. The building sustained damage, and efforts to mitigate the aftermath and assess the damage are ongoing. The administration has canceled all planned events, including the celebration of the center's 20th anniversary, which was scheduled for September 12. As a result of the strike, people were injured and killed, although the exact number of casualties has not been specified. It is currently unknown when 'Gulliver' will resume operations, as this depends on the results of the damage assessment. On September 10, Russian forces attacked the center in Pavlograd with drones, resulting in five deaths and 67 injuries, including eight children. Shops, trade pavilions, and vehicles were damaged. According to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, about 90% of the damaged properties were commercial. During the aftermath response, two rescuers were injured.
