Hyperliquid HYPE Moves 351,370 Tokens to Three New Wallets for Staking
A large wallet has transferred 351,370 Hyperliquid (HYPE) tokens to three new wallets and staked the entire amount. The dollar value of this transfer is reported to be $30.98 million. On-chain analytics revealed this movement of HYPE on the 7th. The transaction was observed as tokens being split from one wallet into three new wallets and then deposited into Hyperliquid. Staking involves entrusting held tokens to the network to participate in validation or reward structures. This movement is recorded on-chain as wallet distribution and deposits, rather than as exchange sell orders or derivative position openings. Movements of large wallets related to Hyperliquid have been repeatedly observed recently. When a large wallet divides tokens into new addresses, the on-chain holding structure changes. Once staking occurs, the amount is classified differently from short-term sell orders. On-chain data transparently shows asset movements and deposit statuses. However, it is difficult to ascertain the actual controlling entity of the wallet, the purpose of the transfer, or future trading plans without further verification. What has been confirmed in this case is that a large wallet transferred $30.98 million worth of HYPE to three new wallets and staked all of it in Hyperliquid.
