Digital asset platform Fireblocks has appointed former SEC Commissioner and Acting Chair Elad Roisman as Chief Regulatory and Policy Officer and General Counsel for Regulatory Affairs, responsible for leading the company's regulatory strategy and policy initiatives. Roisman served as an SEC Commissioner from September 2018 and was Acting Chair from December 2020 to January 2021. Prior to joining Fireblocks, he was with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he co-led the firm's digital asset practice.
