BlockBeats News, February 23, World Liberty Financial officially announced on social media:

“This morning, a coordinated attack targeted USD1. The attacker breached the accounts of multiple WLFI co-founders, hired KOLs to spread panic, and aggressively opened WLFI short positions, attempting to profit from this orchestrated chaos.

However, the attack was unsuccessful.

Thanks to the robust minting and redemption mechanism of USD1 and full 1:1 asset backing, the trading price of USD1 has remained stable at par value. No fraudster could shake the entire WLFI team and co-founders' long-term commitment to USD1.

Users are reminded to only obtain accurate information through verified official channels.”
