W Games recorded consolidated revenue of 210.6 billion won and operating profit of 70.1 billion won for the second quarter of 2023, setting new records for both metrics. The operating profit margin was approximately 33.3%. Revenue for the second quarter increased by 22.5% compared to the same period last year, while operating profit rose by 29.0%. The growth rate of operating profit exceeded that of revenue by 6.5 percentage points. The casual gaming segment showed the largest growth, with second-quarter revenue reaching 27.1 billion won, a 126.3% increase year-on-year. Subsidiary Pax Games offers over 100 games, and the global cumulative downloads exceeded 60 million in the first half of this year. In the iGaming segment, Supernation recorded second-quarter revenue of 25.5 billion won, up 17.3% from the same period last year. Revenue from the social casino segment was 158 billion won, an increase of 14.3% year-on-year. Revenue by business segment consisted of 158 billion won from social casino, 27.1 billion won from casual games, and 25.5 billion won from iGaming. W Games achieved its highest quarterly performance by combining casual games and iGaming with a focus on social casino.
