As the agenda for the National Assembly is set for the second half of the year, the legislative process will accelerate. The bill considers incorporating legal provisions for AI Agent payments to address the future development trends of AI in small and high-frequency payments, suggesting the inclusion of regulatory frameworks for customer identity verification, payment responsibility allocation, foreign exchange declaration for cross-border transactions, and programmable payment standards.
