Russian Attacks Leave Five Regions Without Power, Critical Situation in Sumy Region

As of the morning of July 30, the Sumy region is facing the most severe electricity supply situation following Russian attacks, with a significant number of consumers in Sumy and surrounding communities left without power. Nationwide electricity consumption restrictions are not expected during the day. Consumers in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy regions also remain without electricity due to hostilities and shelling of energy facilities. In Dnipropetrovsk region, a worker in the energy sector was killed as a result of a nighttime attack. Restoration work is being carried out in regions where it is possible, taking safety into account. Consumers are advised to shift the use of high-power electrical appliances to daytime hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is worth noting that as of the morning of July 29, individual consumers in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Kharkiv regions were left without electricity following Russian shelling.
