BlockBeats News, September 15th, the Polkadot DAO has passed Proposal #1710, which will cap the DOT token supply at 21 billion, receiving 81% support. This will replace the current uncapped model that mints 1.2 billion DOT per year and reduce emissions by decreasing the new DOT issuance every 2 years.
