Oschadbank Transfers UAH 4.8 Billion in Dividends for 2025

Oschadbank has transferred UAH 4.8 billion in dividends to the state budget based on its performance in 2025. The bank achieved a record net profit of UAH 16 billion, more than double the figure from the previous year. In the first half of 2026, Oschadbank contributed UAH 10.5 billion to the state treasury in the form of dividends, taxes, and other mandatory payments. The bank's chairman, Yuriy Kation, noted that the record financial result allowed for an increased contribution to support the state amid the war. In the first six months of 2026, the bank generated UAH 8.4 billion in operating profit, which ensured the payment of UAH 3.7 billion in profit tax. As of June 30, 2026, the bank's assets amounted to UAH 494.7 billion, the loan portfolio stood at UAH 136.8 billion, and the volume of customer funds reached UAH 426 billion. Oschadbank's net profit for the first half of 2026 was UAH 3.4 billion. The bank complies with all the regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding regulatory capital adequacy. Oschadbank is also launching a mobile unit in the Zakarpattia region to improve financial inclusion.
