Next Technology Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: NXTT) will implement a 1-for-100 reverse stock split at 12:01 a.m. ET on Aug. 10, 2026, reducing outstanding shares from approximately 147,296,192 to about 1,472,962. This marks the company's second reverse split in less than 11 months, following a 1-for-200 split on Sept. 16, 2025, which decreased shares from approximately 566.3 million to 2,862,556. Subsequent equity-plan grants and a direct offering increased the share count to 76,264,374 by March 31, 2026. As of June 30, 2026, Next Technology reported approximately 5,833 BTC valued at 351.5 million dollars, resulting in a decline in Bitcoin per share from about 204,000 satoshis to approximately 4,000 satoshis. Post-split, the Bitcoin per share is projected to rise to about 396,000 satoshis. The company retains a large equity-plan reserve of 7.98 million shares, unaffected by the split, equating to about 5.4 times the projected post-split share count.
