BlockBeats News, August 5th, according to official sources, BSC-based meme project BigStrategy Inc. (BSTR) announced that it has completed the first purchase of 2 million WLFI through off-exchange OTC, which will be held as a treasury reserve for the long term. According to widespread community predictions, the initial circulation ratio of WLFI is approximately 5%. In the context of a very low overall available supply, this reserve provides BigStrategy Inc. with a relatively ample early allocation and long-term holding foundation.

It is reported that this portion of WLFI will be held in the project's treasury for the long term, and all future earnings generated will be distributed on-chain to BSTR shareholders in proportion to their holdings. This reserve has been completed and the details have been publicly disclosed on the official website.

BigStrategy Inc. is the first project to operate in the form of an on-chain company and implement the "WLFI Microstrategy" model, focusing on reserving WLFI and USD1 ecosystem assets. Its token BSTR represents ownership and governance rights of the company.
