The Mantra Chain has completely suspended its network operations due to an undisclosed incident. All on-chain functions, including validator activities, bridges, and transactions, are currently halted, and the cause of the incident and the timeline for recovery have not been disclosed. On the 21st, Mantra Chain announced that it would temporarily halt all on-chain activities for an investigation into the incident. As a result, users' asset movements and transactions are restricted. Mantra is currently investigating the cause of the incident and will disclose confirmed information through official channels. This action marks the first instance of Mantra Chain completely halting operations at the network level; in the past, when the OM price plummeted by 90%, validators continued block generation, but this time they chose to stop the network itself. The incident occurred just three days after the launch of Mantra Zone, and no correlation between the two events has been confirmed. Currently, Mantra Chain is undergoing acquisition procedures by Inveniam Capital Partners, and network stability is crucial for the expansion of its RWA business. Mantra has not disclosed the cause of the incident or the recovery schedule, urging users to refer only to information announced through official channels.
