The Solana perpetual contract trading platform Flash Trade announced that it will gradually cease operations if a suitable acquirer is not found. The team stated that this decision is not due to financial issues, but rather based on changes in market direction, a decrease in market participants, and their judgment on the future of the cryptocurrency industry. Additionally, the team has encountered differences in operational philosophy with the current industry development direction. Flash Trade is seeking to sell its technology stack, brand, and intellectual property, with proceeds distributed to FAF token holders based on their holdings, while the team and team tokens will not participate in the distribution. The team has lifted the three-month delay on token staking unlocks, allowing holders to immediately unstake, and the withdrawal function will remain open. The team will hold an AMA on August 11 at 00:00 to answer questions from token holders regarding the sale process and distribution plan.
