Bield Forms Cybersecurity Strategy Partnership with Libio

Bield signed a strategic partnership with Libio on the 11th. This collaboration aims to respond to the increasing demand for institutional-grade security and independent oversight in the cryptocurrency sector. Libio will serve as Bield's dedicated cybersecurity partner, planning to provide independent security oversight and strengthen defense systems. Bield explained that there is a growing demand for customers to use Bitcoin-backed credit and custody services more securely. Libio will build a risk-based cybersecurity strategy that comprehensively supports personnel, roles, procedures, and technology. This partnership aims to expand security infrastructure to enhance Bield's safety, security, and transparency. Bield has been operating a security audit system with Zodia Custody and Hashlock, and the partnership with Libio reinforces a multi-layered defense strategy for protecting customer assets. Bield CEO Johnny Pan emphasized that strong cybersecurity leadership is the foundation of customer trust and stated that they will protect customer assets through Libio's independent oversight. Libio CEO John Baird mentioned the importance of a comprehensive risk-based cybersecurity approach and promised to provide independent oversight for Bield.
