41.1 million UAH allocated for equipping educational institutions in Zaporizhia, Odesa, and Kharkiv regions

The government will allocate 41.1 million UAH, raised through UNITED24, for equipping educational institutions in the Zaporizhia, Odesa, and Kharkiv regions, as well as for backup power in vocational educational institutions in the Zaporizhia region. Of this amount, 30.7 million UAH will go to preschool education institutions, where it is planned to purchase computer equipment, software, furniture, and learning materials. Another 10.4 million UAH will be directed towards the purchase and installation of generators in vocational and higher vocational education institutions in the Zaporizhia region. The society must conduct the relevant procurements after the funding is allocated. In June, the government allocated 2.3 billion UAH for energy independence and the restoration of educational institutions, including 600 million UAH for cogeneration plants and solar power stations, as well as 500 million UAH for the restoration of damaged buildings. In 2026, the state allocated nearly 6 billion UAH for shelters in schools and kindergartens, part of which will be received by frontline communities.
